THE PRESIDENT OF DNIESTRIA SENT A CELEBRATING TELEGRAM

TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE NAGORNO-KARABAKH

As the information agency “Olvia-press” learned in the DMR President administration, on August 14^th Igor Smirnov sent a governmental telegram to the President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Arkady Gukassian. On behalf of the Dniestrian people and the DMR authority, the head of the state cordially celebrated his colleague with re-election to the post of the NKR presidential post.

As remarked in the telegram, “free will-expression of people of the Nagorno-Karabakh for the next time confirmed all-people support of the chosen political course for construction of a sovereign, independent, and democratic state – the equal subject of the world community. The people of Dniestria attentively observes events occurring in the Nagorno-Karabakh – the country with which we are uninterruptedly connected by unity of historical way”.

Addressing his colleague, the President of Dniestria expressed sureness that under conduction of Arkady Gukassian, “From now on, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic will move the way of enforcing its statehood, fruitful social-economic and cultural development”.
