BENEFACTORS OF KVINT WILL CONQUER SALES MARKETS BY QUALITY OF PRODUCTION.

Tiraspol wines-and-cognac plant "KVINT" celebrated its 105th anniversary. Its production is very well known far abroad Dniestria and Moldavia. 60% of the enterprise's production is being exported to countries of near and far abroad.

"KVINT" General director Oleg Bayev underlined in an interview to correspondent of the press agency "Olvia-press", "Recently we have been independently practicing marketing. There are exclusive distributors in Russia: the trade house 'Aroma' in Moscow and St. Petersburg, in Ukraine: the trade house "KVINT in Ukraine" in Odessa. Tiraspol wines-and-cognac plant closely cooperates with the European company "Adrina", which is working in Canadian and European markets. Nowadays markets of the USA and Israel are being mastered.

Introduction of Moldova's economic sanctions against the DMR and simultaneous introduction of the 20% value added tax (VAT) for goods, imported in the RF, has tangibly influenced upon the work of Dniestrian industrial enterprises. "KVINT" also did not avoid it. As Oleg Bayev, "our enterprise has been a member of the RM Trade-and-Industry Chamber since the day of its creation. But in spite of that, this body acts as a brake and does everything to stop the flow of our goods. At the same time, the RM License Chamber holds up the work of our distributors. Today our distributors have to pay excise fees (beside the VAT), and also to pay to custom for storage of goods, as long as they are not customized. Of course, all of that influences upon the price and volumes of goods' sales".

Instead of fully concentrating at sales of production and searching for new sales markets, distributors are also busy with judicial hearings. As Oleg Bayev informed, "the distributor - the Russian Trade House "Aroma" - has just won back the trade marks "Belyi Aist" and "Buket Moldavii". Russian producers wanted to seize them but they have always belonged to Moldavian wine-makers. Now "KVINT" has the full right to produce the goods under these titles".

It is not a secret that in the RF and Ukrainian markets, there appeared many false goods, sold under the brands "Belyi Aist", and "Buket Moldavii". But as Bayen remarked, Moldova did nothing to protect the brand. Today the brand of "Belyi Aist" is very much cloned. Even "Moldavski Aist", "Chiorny Aist" etc. has appeared.

Nevertheless, authority and benefactors of "KVINT" intend to work in all markets, where they have got out, and to raise consumer demand by means of improving the quality of their production, enlarging assortment, with bright and colorful packing. All possibilities are also being used in order to make prices for Dniestrian wines and cognacs were as lower as possible.
