ON THE OCCASION OF 11TH ANNIVERSARY OF FOUNDATION OF THE
ARMED FORCES
Dear soldiers, sergeants, and officers!
Dear veterans of war and Armed Forces!
Dear participants of military actions for defense of the Dniester
Moldavian Republic!
On September 6th 2002,the people of Dniestria celebrate the
11th anniversary of foundation of the Armed Forces of the Dniester
Moldavian Republic. This day has its deserved place among the people-wide
holidays of our republics. It personifies the brightest events of military
chronicle of our state, unencountered courage and firmness of the Dniestrian
people and its Armed Forces.
By existing tradition, this day our republic glorifies its brave
warriors; bend their heads down to memorize those who had given their lives for
our future; fetes veterans of the war, continuing to make a contribution to
patriotic education, to maintenance of the army’s authority, increase of the
military service prestige.
The Dniestrians will always remember their defenders and be proud of
them, who manifested spiritual firmness, boundless love for their people.
Eternal glory to fallen for independence of the Dniester Moldavian
Republic.
Today
our Armed Forces represent a united monolith military collective. All of them
are united by selfless, serving for the Fatherland, fidelity to soldierly duty
and military oath.
We want to live in peace and friendship with all countries of both near
and far abroad. That is why, our military doctrine is purely defensive.
For today, our Republic possesses necessary spare to toughness, enforced
by the strength of spirit and will of all the Dniestrians; it has all measures
important for defending its freedom and independence, and warriors of the Armed
Forces of the Dniester Moldavian Republic are ready to fulfill their
Constitutional duty at any moment.
I celebrate the whole personnel staff of formations and units, of the
Armed Forces veterans, and defenders of Dniestria with 11th anniversary
of creation of the Armed Forces of the Dniester Moldavian Republic.
I wish you, your relatives and acquaintances to have strong health, be
happy, cheerful, optimism, and new successes in serving for the Fatherland.
