THE DNIESTRIAN MINISTRY OF JUSTICE PASSES TO A NEW LEVEL OF WORKING WITH THE POPULATION

Many citizens of Dniestria often face with a situation, when they have to gather a whole package of certificates and copies of archives from in order to form different documents. Up till recent times, they could have received those certificates only in Tiraspol, and for those who do not live in Tiraspol, it turned into a big problem when they want to arrange documents, for example, for forming citizenship or a passport. Inhabitants of another living areas, for example, Kamenka, had to arrive to Tiraspol twice: the first time to appeal for giving them a necessary copy, and the second time – to receive it. In order to help citizens of our republic to avoid staying in long turns, which always appeared, and to except any possibility for abuses of certain dignitaries, the DMR Ministry of justice, beginning with August 19th, simplified that procedure. Now reception of copies from the Civil State Registration Office archives will be accomplished in local administrations.

As the DMR Minister of justice Victor Balala remarked in an interview for a correspondent of the press agency “Olvia-press”, when taking this decision, the ministry of justice was basing “on interests of the population but not of certain dignitaries”. The Civil State Registration Office employees will be to deliver necessary certificates to Tiraspol. Victor Balala addressed citizens with the following request: if the newly established order is violated with respect to them, they may immediately appeal the ministry of justice chancellery with claims. He emphasized that “strict disciplinary measures will be applied against dignitaries who would violate that ordinance”. Such a serious approach is caused by the fact that many dignitaries do not realize necessity and importance of passing to more civilized methods of working with the population.

In the nearest times, as the DMR minister of justice stated, a unified computer system of evidence would be established in all the Civil State Registration Offices of the republic, that’s why reception of necessary certificate or copy will take minimal efforts and time. Installation of computers in the Civil State Registration Offices will be held in account of internal financial resources of the Ministry of justice.
